THE VISION

One in Christ Jesus International Ministries is called to become:

• A voice for Christ-centered leadership development and mentorship both within the church and the business community.
• An organization inspired by God, to live, to embody and to impart leadership skills that honor God and influence aspiring leaders to become all that God has called them to be.
• Teachers and preachers of God’s Word who not only inform and inspire for the moment, but who become God’s oracle for transforming lives for His Glory and never man’s.

THE MISSION

In order to see God’s vision for One in Christ Jesus International Ministries become reality we will:

• By His grace and guidance, construct a ministry platform that will truly bring to fruition the practical aspects of ministering by faith and by works through Christ-centered leadership principles. (James 2: 26)
• Cast His vision for our ministry to carry out His Great Commission. (Matthew 28: 18-20)
• Partner with the local church, the local business community, and foreign missionaries to see disciples and leaders be trained and equipped worldwide. “That they may be one…” (John 17: 11b)

CORE VALUES

• Character: We are distinguished and set apart by our desire to be “Christ-like,” our honesty, and our integrity.
• Inspirational: We provide not only through our words, but by our lives, a valuable, uplifting, and motivating example of how to live, lead and inspire others. Our developed leaders know that God has called them to be a person of influence.  They want to lead. We empower them by inspiring them.
• Excellence: We have no interest in being “good.” Our character drives our desire for greatness, in all that we do and say.
• Courageous: We are never deterred by risk, danger, or pain. We are valorous in our approach to chaos and difficulty.
• Transformational: As leaders, we approach every opportunity, with a desire to see others exceed their expectations in every endeavor. We believe that every person is a leader and can be transformed, by God’s grace, into more than they ever expected to be.
• Sustainability: We train and develop leaders for the “long haul.” We are certain that the transformational development that we seek in others ought to be continuous, on-going, and permanent.
• Pragmatic: We are not “leadership theorists.” We develop leadership skills in others through what we know works, because we have lived it in the real world.
